My name is jossy thomas. Today on the 9-th of february i purchased an idea prepaid sim card for my urgent use. When i was purchasing, the shop-owner was busy and he wanted to close the shop immediately. As i was in an emergency too, i was unable to get the bill, and i didn't notice the date. When i reached home i noticed the date.it was like the simcard should have been activated on or before january.thus i realized that i was cheated by your own dealer.i gave Rs.232 for the simcard and i also had told him that it was at the most urgent.the shop which i purchased is at kaloor, kochin-68 chammany towers, first floor.please do the needful urgently and immediately.i hope you can understand my difficulty.
