Deduction of money without any consumer knowledge

From past one month I have faced problem from idea cellular that deduction of amount from my prepaid connection is No 9887130246 being done for some of the services for which neither I have ever requested nor I want those services. In recent case dialler tone song selection service is activated with effect from 05 Februrary 10 and simultaneously Rs 30/- is deducted from my account.

First of all I want to deactivate this dialler tone service first with immediate effect and subsequently requesting you that this type of default service problem should never come in future in my idea prepaid connection No 9887130246 otherwise not only you may lose me but also the other customers too in absence of the erroneously service rendered by you, which a wise commercial organization would not like to wish in present abundantly available service in market.

Earlier also i have complaint regarding same problem on 05-Feb-10 but reply on action is still not received you are requested to do the need full immediately and deactivate dialler/caller tone at once.
