Discrepancies in bill

I have been applied for Rs. 35/- STD Pack on 9826955546 cell number in which I have to get STD calling @50 Paisa / minute, pack activated from 07-Dec and rental of the pack is included in each bill. But the bill is generated as per normal STD charges i.e. Rs 1.3/ minute Rs. 35 Pack facilities are not incorporated in bills.

After complaining regarding this issue Idea representative told that this will be rectify within 2 to 3 days since last 3 months after that they told that pack is not available in your plan.

If these pack is not available then how the rental of the plan is included in the each bill regularly.
