Without Reqest vas servies activated & charged for that

My name is Ravi Sachdeva I m Using idea prepaid connection from last 5.5 years no doubt very good services I was very happy with keeping relationship idea...

I also used around rs 300 to 400 in a month.

Now on 10 Mar I received an amazing sms from idea it was ' IZ-55456

Congrats you have activated for baba ramdev on ussd daily pack for just rs. 2 for 1 days to deacti. Dial toll free 1555223

Called on same no. no any baba ramdev was found in ivr...

I was shocked also feel bad because they already charged me 3 times no issue for activated services but if I have called in Customer care they put my comp. no. SR no 1-2845478663 on 10 March also have word with senior of name sindhant singh said baba ramdev services will get deactivated in ASAP ..

But not any resolution received PLZ let me know can possible anything...???
