Weak signals

Sir,

i have mobile no. 9826033431 since 2005. Presently i live in almost middle of the city and still do not get proper signals. Often the calls are disconnected or not received because of unavailability of signals. Moreover the customer care of idea cellular do not respond even after repeated complaints. The funniest thing is that the customer care is more interested to know the location of the nearest tower as if they have provided us a list of their tower and their locations. how can a person know where a cellular company had erected its towers.
