Deduced Rs:70/- for unknown service

My mobile number is 9947569195 & I have recharged my Idea account for Rs:222/-.

After 24 hours Rs:70/- had deduced from my account.

When I contacted the customer care the replay was that I had activated the Voice Astrology pack, but I did never requested for that service & I did never activated that.

I need to take necessary legal actions againist the service provider.
