Misguiding about new connection

I am gurparatap singh a resident of khanna city, on 2/4 i went to idea cellular office of khanna for a postpaid connection 8872101900 for which i gave a valid id proof and rupees 315/- connection activation fee. on 3/4 i was informed that the connection has been sold to another person and i was offered a new connection number against my choice. i stongly complaint against the corrupt idea cellular khanna office.
