Connection surrende

Dear Sir/Madam,

Its very unfortunate to write this mail regarding the services I got from IDEA cellular Services. I had enjoyed this connection for last 4 yrs and never been so harassed by the company people like what I am for last 15 days.

Rest my problem is that I had approached Akhil Satya Comm.(Idea Office) at Garh Road, Meerut from where I had my corporate connection to surrender my post paid connection on 05.03.10. The concerned staff offered me to convert my no. into pre-paid with a security deposit of Rs 500. I refused to pay the depositand & asked them to waive the security amount and I will continue with the no. The staff assured me that they will take up the matter with head office and will inform me about the same. I requested them to confirm the same or surrender my connection. Unfortunately I didn't get any call from their side and I decided to surrender my connection and went to the Idea office on 13.03.10. The staff told me that I can't surrender my connection as my Roaming has to be deactivated first. They gave me the deactivation request no 134084665 and asked me to pay Rs.436 as outstanding bill. I deposited the same and asked when my connection will get surrendered, they said after 48 hrs. I again approached the office on 16.03.10 for confirmation for the same, the concerned person asked me to pay Rs 280 for the outstanding amount that was not updated on 13.03.10, I deposited the same on the same day. The same staff called at customer care executive to discontinue the connection, the executive assured me that my connection will get disconnected on 18.03.10 at 5 p.m (reference no. 134542655). Yesterday I checked my connection it was still working, I then contacted the customer care they said that my bill amount was not cleared so my connection was not surrendered. Today when I contacted the Akhil Satya Comm. they called Mr Babbar an Idea Employee for the solution of the same but he refused to talk. Then I went to Idea zonal office for the same, they said the co. will charge the rental amount from 16.03.10. to 29.03.10. As I had deposited the outstanding amount why I should bear the loss this is injustice to me. You are kindly requested to look into the matter as the company has already took advance rental of Rs 499 for the cycle 16.03.10 to 15.04.10.
