AUTOMATIC BALANCE LOW

I am using idea cellular simcard from last 6 years. i have a prepaid connection which is converted to lifetime.

my mobile no is 9822198407.

yesterday 10 rs was directly deducted from my balance.when i called 4 times to customor care 198 & 12345 they told me that our system is slow & we cant give you any updates. every time i called they asked me to call after 2 hours.

actually i have not told to any of their marketing persons to activate SMS MASTI pack. But idea cellular has activated this facility forcefully & forcefully deducted my balance.

Also customor care executives were talking very rude & carelessly.
