Wrong deducting charges & Outgoing call Servies Stop Because Idea has do not submitting my Documents

Sir,

i am using idea cellular 9723433837 for more than 1 years, on 14.04.2010 idea take charges of GPRS on Mobile Downloading Of game But I do not download any game. Idea deducting charges with 25 Rupees & also My Post paid Connection Convert to the Prepaid. But Idea do not submitted my Document so My outgoing services is not working now till date 16 April. Please Help me
