Mental Harassment & deficency of Services

I have taken idea cellular mobile postpaid connection in oct with 500 Rs. security because I need mobile bill as my address proof. I have received only one mobile bill after that no bill is received at my home address. I have complaint to customer care many times they replied me that you are leaving at outskirts of patiala city that why our executive are enable to send mobile bill at your home address & you apply for E Bill at your email address. But they did not said this word when i apply for mobile connection. After that I applied for E bill as compromising stage But still I have not get any E bill at my E mail address sudhir.arora@yahoo.com. Then I make my mind to denied their service & said to customer care that please disconnect my mobile connection and adjust my bill of ten days with 500 Rs. security. after that I did not use they mobile services. Now they call on my another phone 9463145882 and give me threat to suit a case on me. I am innocent customer. Please hell me in this regard.
