SERVICE DISCONNECTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

Dear sir,

I am R S PRAJAPATI and purchased a SIM after proper submission of KYC from at singrauli distt dealer of idea.

after every 3 and 4 months services are kept on hold without assigning any reason and without giving prior information with this hold my idea no 09977220689 has been suspended thrice from initial activation of the service.

I am Branch Manager in State Bank Of India Amlori Branch, and every KYC document with photo graph has been given three times, I am astonished to know that Idea company has become so lethargic for important customer like me. I have deposited photograph, Pan card and Address proof.

My above connection is dormant since last 20 days, This number is communicated to all my seniors and official fellos, other wise I would have thrown away the said blocked SIm and purchased another from other company as now a day aquiring new SIM has become very easy.

My final request to customer care incharge is to please activate the service and initiate suitable action against local distributer for his unjustified behavior.
