Amount deduction without intimation

Dear Sir, I have prepaid no. of idea celluler in Haridwar (uttrakhand) from Last one year. At the time of money recharging mobile amout deducted automatically. I have complaint to customer care many time for the same but i could not get satisfactory answer from them & amount deduction became continue. They told me about some entertainment scheme applied on my mobile, So i give request them to stop them immediately. But amount deduction is still continue. Pls look in to the matter.
