MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER DEDUCTING MY BALANCE AMOUNT WITH OUT VALID REASON AND NOT REPLYING PROPERLY

My IDEA cellular mobile number is - 09887696212.

I have activate one service LIVE ASTROLOGY on mobile in March'10 but i called to customer care and disabled this service after two days.

Now i am facing the problem that my balance is deducted again and again. It happed four time even though service is unactivated. I have contacted to customer care every time to disable the service. But customer care always said that your service is already disabled but he refused to return the money and give me assurance that it will not happen again.

Today i again (Fourth time) face the same problem. but customer care is not replying properly and cutting my balance continuously.
