Deduction of money without customers knowledge

Dear Sir,

1.I Banbari Lal Sharma Using idea Mobil No 9990550713

My Balance two time deduct (09.06.10 & 11.06.10) Rs 5.00 5.00

i contacted their customer care no 4444.To my surprise nobody from the customer care could solve the problems instead i was asked to hold my call for 8 mins without any reasons.

after 8 minut complent received but not solve my complent

please take action and advice me
