Recharge Problem

I had made Instant recharge yesterday on the Idea Website..But each time I got the message that "we had not received confirmation and once we receive the same, balance will be updated into your account."

To make the matter worse, I'm in roaming so can not receive any calls or make calls...

Now after 24 hours the balance is still not updated into my account. I tried calling the customer care numbers, and each time they say it will take 4 hrs, then 8 hrs, and then 24 to 48 hrs depending upon the time of call... Is this the definition of instant recharge of IDEA... Is not not very good idea SIRJEE... it is very BAD IDEA to have IDEA...

Idea is providing very bad service and they really sucks...
