Hello,
I am Dhaval Negandhi from Bhopal. I have an idea connection for the past 3 years. I activated an unlimited internet plan on my number (Rs.25/day for unlimited usage). However, I was finding this plan costly and I came to know about a new plan (Rs. 98/month) from Idea Customer Care. So, I deactivated my previous plan and activated a new plan.
However, after a couple of days when I used for internet for some time, I found that my balance has been deducted (Rs. 300 something). I called the Idea Customer Care and they said that when I deactivted my first plan and activated the second plan, my second recharge was converted into some other plan (and blah blah blah). I dont seem to understand how this makes a difference to the customer. How the hell does a customer know all these hidden details. Is it not the company's responsibility to tell the customer all the details when they tell them about some plan. I understand that the amount is not big but I hate when companies (big companies) do such acts.
I dont know whether any substantial will come out of this complain but I just hope that customers start boycotting such companies and make them realize that customers interest comes first.
