Hello,

my mobile number is 9011093155 and i requested a dialer change request from 6 days . each day i call i am told that your request have been pending and will be done either 4 hours or 24 hours.

i am really tired of contacting you'll now and just to irritated to even call you. i request you to kindly look into my complaint and take some action to fix the problem rather than just promising.

its really an harresment to talk to you guys. you'll are just impossible. and the customer care people are not even efficient to solve the problem nor they have a way to communicate. you'll should take some improving trainings for your people to communicate.
