DND COMPLAINT

My mobile number is 919718406764. I had activated DND on my mobile number. Already 45 days are passed and from 8th august it should be enabled on my number however still I am getting useless messages. I used to get atleast 5 to 10 messages a day and I am really fed up of this. There is no time of messages sometime I am getting messages at 6 in the morning. Due to there messages I am not able to study or rest. This is really very irritating and Idea is not following TRAI norms. I had even sent mails to there nodal officer however still there is no response. I had contacted there customer care however they are asking me to wait for one more month that I cant. I am already fed up. Please do something.
