Harassement calls from Idea

I took a postpaid connection from idea... i lost my sim in the month of july but due to busy schedule i was unable to stop the services of that number and get the new sim issued. I had the balance payment of rs 1900 to pay to idea. i started getting calls from the recovery team (from csc in mayapuri) from this number 9911945030 by a girl named REEMA, she used to abuse and give threats on call. i told her ten times to send somebody at my home to collect the payment but she refused, twice i had word with her manager also to send somebody to collect the payment but she also denied. Me and my husband we both work in Noida with Star News and due to our hectic schedule we were unable to go to the centre and make the payment. But the way in which these people interacted with us gave me an impression that IDEA has started recruiting people from SLUM who are uneducated and unethical. if IDEA has this type of lookup for his customer i think it is not at all a good organisation to work with or to take services from. i would like to highlight this issue coz there are scenarios when people are unable to make the payment even though they have money.

I would be obliged if idea and csc take any action against that girl REEMA and her immediate boss. if nothing would be done on this i would launch a complaint in police against these people.
