I was heaving three connections in the Name & Style of Akash Founder & Engineers Maqbool pura Mehta Road, Amritsar. We gave you a written request and paid the total amount due as on 16/04 for amount 320/- for permanent disconnection of our mobile no 09855272303. But till date the above no. has not been disconnected.

On July July 20 We again gave you a written request For Permanent disconnection but to our surprise after second written reminder the number was not disconnected and we are still receiving the bills for the no which we are not using and now my outgoing of mobile no. 9814112303 has been barred. Being your old customer we request you to immediately disconnect the above no. and adjust the bill and start my outgoing.

If u can’t adjust the amount then adjust our security and disconnect our other two nos.9814112303, 09814832303 as on 14/09. We don’t want to carry on business with a company which does not respect its Old Customers You are requested to do the needful as on 14/Sept.
