Unsolicited caclls and SMS

Ref: 9891 376 271 (prepaid Idea mobile connection)

This is to bring to your notice (I don't know how many times I have to do this) the huge number of unsolicited telemarketing SMSs and calls I receive.

While I routinely delete the messages, now I got one yesterday from IZ-55456 informing me that I have been enlisted as subscriber at Rs 40/- a month-- god knows for what. I tried to deactivate my subscription by sending an SMS to 155223 but I simply could not do it. I cannot imagine anything more absurd than this. I have never given any consent to anything like this and I cannot even stop it. Pl block it once and many others, such as 919582404216, BA-VnV and many others. This is simply getting too much. I often miss important SMSs because I am not sure which one is genuine and which one is one and there is no way I can go on checking every SMS I get.

And marketing callers have a peculiar knack of bugging when one is extremely busy in some meeting or other. Hope you take this seriously and deal with this.
