Eceiving telemarketing calls

Sir i have activated DND service from from approx a month i am getting promotional sms from idea, and now they have started promotional calls on my no. for this i complaint to idea they assured me that my problem will be resolved. But i started getting promotional calls again, when i called to idea complaint no the executive told me to that calls and sms will stop in 45 days, then i said i don, t wait so long please resolve my problem in 2-3 days he put me on hold by saying checking my details after holding for 15 to 20 minutes he cut my phone. his name is mahesh. sir please resolve my problem as early as possible i am a student and these calls and sms affect my studies a lot.
