Balance Deduction

Sir,

I have a prepaid connection with Idea Cellular Services. My number is 9540596054. I purchased this connection in Aug and since then, I have lost most of my balance because of their Value-Added Services deduction which I never subscribed and have even complained to them to cut off if subscribed by mistake. The services they are charging me for include Idea Music Station Rs. 30, Idea Music Station Bada Pack Rs. 100 and Love tips Rs. 30 and this is deducted every 15-30 days. I have lodged a complaint under complaint number 111380668028. Please look into this matter at earliest.
