Sir i am vineeth krishnan, my mobile number is 9947324520 (idea).i was a subscriber of the miss call alert facility under the plan of taking rent of rs 1 on alternate days.on last sunday they deducted rs 30 from my account without any intimation.i asked the cc about this and they replied that the plan which i was subscribed to was now sttpped. Rs 30 deducted is the rental for the next months rental. I was so troubled by this since my acoount was suddenly go down. So i request you to kindly take necessary action for taking those action without any intimation to the customer. thank you
