FAKE BILL

Hi

I am Ishpinder.

I am uisng idea postpaid connection (9855032565) with monthly GPRS plan of Rs 99 from past 5 months. But this month (15nov;10 -15 Dec;10) I have been charged Rs 2000 (which is usually Rs 99/ month) for gprs usuage which is not according to my actual usuage. Please see to the matter and take necessary actions as soon as possible.

I have also filed a request regarding the same matter on idea website whose ref no 21590.
