Excess Amount not refunded

On 3rd December i recharged my idea prepaid account through Oxicash.in website by using flexible e-recharge option. I entered Rs. 221/- amount, but i got only Rs. 100.36 talk time. I got the message from Idea

"Your account has been recharged successfully. Your Idea Chit Chat prepaid account balance is Rs. 100.83. Top up requested for Rs. 221.00 and Talktime of Rs. 100.36"

When i contacted their Customer Care (9848012345) they told me you have entered wrong topup request of Rs. 221.00 (This amount is not in our topup request amount). Then i told them refund my remaining amount or else recharge my phone with difference amount, but they totally refused, i told me that we are not going to refund or recharge any amount.

I request you to kindly help me in this matter and do the needful at the earliest...
