Unauthorised schemes

Hi

This is Judinho and my prepaid no is 9822137677, the service provider which is Idea cellular is forcing schemes on prepaid customers without authorization. this is not the first time such things are happening to me, may be once I did subscribe by mistake but then I complain it was stopped but now they have come out with some new schemes like love quotes, cricket scores, I had not even authorized or asked for these schemes, every time I loose my balance just b'cause of this schemes.

Could you help me in solving my problems?
