Idea Cellular
Not Responding

Sir

It is to state myself Sandeep Verma is a consumer of Idea Cellular (My Number: 08435471466). I want to use internet on my cell and also on my pc through data cable. I have put my request to Idea several times but they are not responding. If i go to their service centre in the city, they are asking to contact customer care. And when i contact customer care they ask me send a msg SET to 54671. But i am not getting GPRS settings even after sending msg 6- 7 times.
