I got a message from Idea Cellular stating that I have been rescrubscribed to the Voice Chat Service, for which I did not do anything (like Call, SMS or something else) but to my dismay it has been activated. When I contacted the Customer Care they are asking for ID Details. My question is that why should i submit the ID Details when I have already submitted while taking connection and how can you activate the Service without customer's consent?
