Decuting the money

HI,

From past few days I had saw daily my 5 Rs has been deducted from my account balance. So I called Customer Care and ask why this has been deducted. They say that the Merzdes Jeeto Contest has been activated on my cellular phone. This was not activated from my side. This was second time I had face this problem.

Is this a new business tag they are using on customer. There are many user who doesn’t know anything and because to that they earn the money. I would request you please take strict action against this companies.
