Cheat with me when they debited my account and not giving me credit in my mobile

Sub: I Had Instant Recharge of Rs.150/- in 9723003094 and I did not get Balance & from my Account it is already debited.

As per above subject I had recharged of Rs.150/- in 9723003094 on 12.06.2009 at Idea Online website Payment from my HDFC saving Account it is already debited but I did not get balance in my number yet. How can it possible I did not understand that you debited my account and not giving me the balance. On your website it is shown that if you will recharge of 150/-Rs. You will get 134.00 than why did you not giving me the balance. Is it cheat with me that debited from my account and not giving me the balance. I am attaching the bank statement copy in which the IDEA debited my account on 12.06.2009 for your reference and also attached your prepaid recharge for Gujarat on your Website that how you make full to the public. I want my credit in two days in my account.
