Since past 2 days, we are facing major network issue @ Hinjewadi phase-2., Pune. We are not at all getting single network bar in our cell. Hence not able to make or receive call since past 3 days.

Nobody has taken any action on this. While calling to customer care we are not getting any kind of positive response. Even they are not ready to file a case / complain in your system. Our company is having 3000-4000 Idea connection who are sitting at Hinjewadi office.

Is this the reason for “Switching to IDEA”? which you are bombarding every time in television ADS.
