Error in billing

I Kamal Kant Kaushik having Idea cellular mob. no. 9911547194 (Having Corporate plan ARP 699 with Rs.150/- for unlimited internet downloading) got activated blackberry services on my nokia e65 handset without my permission and prior notice. Because of that Idea send me a bill amounting to Rs. 2104/- (The Breakup of bill is Rs.299/- for Blackberry Services & Rs.1862/- for net surfing). The outgoing and icomings has been bared by Idea even I have complained about the issue to the Nodel Officer on 14.12.10. (The reference No. for the same is 100717011).
