Unauthorised deduction without asking for service

We are observing for last 4 months whenever we recharge my mobile 9826093965, Rs 70 gets deducted from my balance and it is happening regularly. We have complaint the same to service provider many times but they always promise that from next time it will not happen.

This eally very bad for a customer who is using this no for last 5 years.

We are really fed up with the services of the same.

Request you to help us to get back the balances at the earliest.
