Always deactivating card

I am facing lots of problem for my idea postpaid connection it was activated on 31 Jan an all of sudden outgoing call is bard an after my complaint there is no action taken.

after my continue follow up my card was activated an again it was verified and now again service has being bard i am feed up of giving complaints kindly see to the matter people authorized for service are the reason for bad imprecation of idea when idea is the best cellular company according to me
