Constant activation of unrequested service and thus charging money

Sir,

my mobile number is 9552934683 .every other day i get a message about activation of ch99 magazine, which is not deactivated even after several requests. this has been continuing from the past 6 months almost. i have deactivated it several times but i gets constantly activated.i have spent somewhere around almost 100rs. i trust idea cellular and that is why i am still continuing with their service. i have a humble request to the concerned authorities to please deactivate this service from my mobile and and reimburse the lost amount as soon as possible. otherwise this trusted brand will soon lose their customers faith in them.
