Extra charging without activation of VAS

I purchased an IDEA number 3 months back and from that starting month they are automatically activating few VAS (value added services) and charging my number extra amount.

In first month they activated music station service and charge Rs. 49/- extra.

After that month they activated Musicstation49 and again charged 49/- extra.

Now in this month of march they again activated Live astrology service and charged 30/- extra.

I complaint this to their customer care and they told me that they will deactivate these services but my amount will not get refunded.

Now I wanted my all amount that are charged, back and would suggest everyone that don't use IDEA cellular, I find it is one of the worst operator that I've used and in my friend circle.
