Sim registraton failed

i m using idea since last 5yrear with the no. of 9926849798

but from 16-02-11 i m facing problem of sim registration failed since than i went 12 13times to idea care office situated in millennium plaza near lal ganga shoping mall, Raipur (c.g) but no fruitfull response is shown by them to solve my problem.i m facing lots of problem due to this so i kindly request you to do something to solve my problem a fast action expected
