Without intimation mobile number is closed

Dear Sir,

The Idea cellular has closed my mobile number 9926103600 Without any intimation on 2nd April. When I complaint to Nishant Infotech Idea Office Ambikapur C.G., One madem Ms Basanti told me that Your Number is Sold As a post paid to another person on 17 march. I complaint to customer care, Mr. parwez of Head idea service Bilaspur and also Nodal Officer to Indore 07314031414 exten 2858.But still today my number is closed.

Sir the same thing is with my another number 9826500868.

you will be surprised to listen that Idea office has told me that we cannot solve your matter.this is not in my hand.

I am exclaimed with suprise towards your misbehaviour of My self.

Sir, I have taken Your Two Number Of idea

This number is suddenly closed on saturday 0.04.2011y prieor notice.

When I went to nearest Idea office Ambikapur

C.G., One madam told me that your number is sold as post paid on 17 of March.

Sir Is it possible One number is given to 2 person.

I requested to customercare a lot of time. but till today My number is

still deactivated.

2-- 9826500868.. this number is deactivated yesterday on 4 p.m.dated

04.04.2011.when i went to idea office madam told me about

VERIFICATION NEGATIVE. I m surprised because whole time I am taken

that number and no call is recieved by me from customercare.

Sir, It seems Idea wants to mntally disturb me.

What is openion about my matter. Can I go to cunsumer Forum for this

behaviour..
