Not providing service properly

I had called customer care and requested to deactivate the cricket alert, it is almost one week but still it is not deactivated and amount nearly 60 had been detected from my balance and am calling again to customer care, also it is paid service then also nobody is attending upto 30 minutes, my mobile number is 7353199773, please do the need full
