Dear Sir,

I wanted to new connection of IDEA for my mobile. I paid Rs.500 to Mr. Satish of IDEA Cellular, Mahatma Nagar Showroom. After a few days, I called him for status of connection I got to know that Mr. Satish has left the job and the company is not giving me my money back. Need your help to get my money back. Please direct me.
