Complaint text:(Poor idea cellular service, stopped recieved call and missed call information) as per the govt norms, but ihave submitted three times what ever they are asking (adress proof) since three months onwords. customer care theifs givining assurence its being update with in 24 hours. totally 32 idea customer care people were given same assurence, finally i convey my problem to their super visors (PRADEEP, PREETHI, SATEESH and BHASKER) these people are very smart than the subordinates. these theifs were also telling same words YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED WITH IN 24 HOURS since two months. but my problem was stilll retain... i want to take very serious action for thse guys by thier higher authorities.
