Unfair billing and calls from recovery agent and not disconnecting numbe

I bought one idea corporate connection. It was fixed rental based Rs. 299 per month with a security of Rs. 300 advance. It got activated on 26th Nov. after few days only I received my first bill. I had asked the agent to convert it in to prepaid but he said it can only happen after 1 month. I was not expecting my bill to arrive after few days. Hence I asked him to disconnect the number. at that he did not inform me that I have to send one for mail to disconnect the number. I asked him to settle the amount with security amount and convert it into prepaid. but in January again I got a bill and then my phone number got disconnected. They asked me to pay some unnecessary bill and informed me that with security money settlement also it is Rs. 410, which was totally unfair.

Still I informed them that I'll submit it online as there was no idea outlet near my home and office but when I registered my number online it showed that it is invalid idea number and I contacted customer care. They were unable to sort out my problem. Hence I informed them that I'll submit the bill when the problem will be corrected.

But I did not get any response from them. Then soon I started getting calls from the recovery agents and it really agitated my temper.

They are giving false information through mails. I've all the necessary documents in terms of mails exchanged to support my reasoning.

Kindly help. Currently they are asking me to pay an amount of Rs. 1468.50.
