Service terminated without any information

Hello..

before two month (unfortunately) i am switch to idea from airtel using MNP,

after 21 days my service for mobile is terminated without any prior infrormation, i hvave asked to customer care and i have told to resubmit the document, i have resubmitted document and my service started again.

but after 15 days again my service has been terminated without any prior information and still they are asking for resubmit the document.
