Ruff talk on phone

My wifes mobile's outgoing is not working from last 3 days due to not submitting the proofs. She is using that number from last 14 months.

Today she got a call from 9737450952-customer care idia, telling that who is talking. My wife replied that who are you, you have called so you tell first. That girl was talking ruffly and told that I will stop your incomming also from here.

if some one is calls then caller should tell that who he is.. The caller girl was talking so ruffly and this is not a way to talk with customer. some one tell taht girl that you are not only provider in market, lots of other providers also their.
