Undue bill

I had a post paid no. 9990388661 which was valid for 2 yrs. The no. was not being used from quite a long time. And the customer care executives were told about it. Now, after the validity period i have received a bill around Rs 160 to 170 and the new plan has been activated without my concern. So, i request you to disconnect this no. as soon as possible.
