Hi.. I faced fraud from idea cellular since earlier they were providing 200 sms/day for 1 month, for e recharging 8 Rs. But this e-recharged changed from 8 Rs. to & Rs. without giving any information. when i recharged Rs. 8 without knowing mesgs are still costing 1 Re./sms. when i called 198 they telling cannot refund such amount or cannot convert to Rs. 7 which for i paid & they not ready to talk with me and disconnecting call. The big mistake they made is when we press *1# in that menu 3rd option still showing Rs. 8 pay or recharge and get 200 sms free daily validity for 30 days. This is the tricks they playing to cheat customers and get money.

Please take this matter seriously and avoid getting cheated from Idea
