Refund of money

I have requested the Direct Selling team of Idea Cellular (Mahalasa Enterprises, Malad West) to refund the money for the request made from my end of getting my 4 Airtel number for portability however there has been no proper response from their end. The executive who approached me was Mr. Anthony Fernandes (9702544999) and he gave his Manager's name as Mr. Niranjan Pai. It is very unfortunate as Idea's name is in stake because of this. My receipt no. is 971 (caf no. 50054948). Could you please assist me to take this further as I'm really tired calling up these guys on their so called Admin number 9594881234 to get back my Rs. 480 from them.
