I applied to port my idea number 9812424149 in vodafone network. The customer care has told me that my number cannot be ported because i had some agreement which bars me porting my number. But i had never sighned any agreement. the customer care is not telling me what is the agreement? When was it entered? who sighned the agreement? All these questions are not being answered. The customer care is telling me to go to local store and local store is asking to ask the customer care. I dont understand if there is any agreement, then why i am not getting any details of it? It seems that it is a malpractice on part of idea just to prevent me from porting my number by giving false and filmsy reasons. I hope to get some response from here.
